Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Ennore, Chennai

The Chota Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, also known as “Mini Shirdi,” has a rich history of devotion and divine guidance. Established in 2004 by Shri Sakthipeedam Sai Baba Sansthan, it began with a small statue of Sai Baba. In 2009, a 5.5 ft. white marble idol resembling the Shirdi statue was installed, following a devotee’s dream where Baba guided its construction and naming. The temple, spanning 6,000 sq. ft., features sacred structures like Chavadi, Dwarakamayi, Samadhi Mandir, Gurusthan, and a dhuni. Festivals such as Rama Navami and Guru Poornima are celebrated, and over 1,000 devotees visit weekly for prayers and Annadanam. Sacred events, including sightings of Garudas and Baba’s presence, add to its spiritual significance.
